Comprehensive Livestock and Poultry Production Engineer

I'm in need of an animal and poultry production engineer to handle the multifaceted tasks of: - Animal Nutrition: Establishing and maintaining optimal feeding programs for cattle, poultry (chickens, turkeys, and ducks), as well as sheep and goats. - Farm Management: Overseeing the daily operations and optimizing the entire operational process. - Breeding and Genetics: Maintaining and optimizing breeding programs to enhance productivity and animal welfare. The ultimate goals for this project are to: - Increase productivity of our livestock and poultry through effective strategies and implementations. - Improve animal health and welfare by ensuring proper nutrition, living conditions, and disease prevention measures. - Exert expertise in breeding and genetics to optimize our breeding programs for enhanced animal quality and productivity. The perfect candidate is one who possesses extensive knowledge of animal and poultry production techniques, with particular emphasis on animal nutrition, breeding and genetics, and farm management. Experience working with a variety of animal types, including cattle, poultry, sheep, and goats, is a prerequisite. An understanding of and commitment to animal health and welfare is also essential in achieving our project goals.
