Hi, I am experienced in database migration using AWS Database Migration Service. You can migrate the data in MSSQL to AuroraDB in incremental way to reduce the downtime. AWS also introduced Babelfish to easily migrate MSSQL dialect to Postgres dialect. I have never done it before, but would love a first opportunity.
