My IIS server is running a PHP 7 web application. The server has high performance and reasonable upload speed (over 200-300 MB/s), but it still takes forever to upload a file. Submitting forms, database queries and other operations run in a short time frame, however, uploading a file doesn't work and simply times out after a while. The server previously ran perfectly, however, the issue has started happening for the past 7-8 days I need an expert in IIS/Windows server configuration to troubleshoot the uploading process and resolve the issue.
