I'm seeking a talented graphic designer to improve the aesthetics and readability of my current resume while retaining a professional and sleek appearance. The task primarily involves enhancing the resume's design in Microsoft Word format (.doc).

Key Requirements:
- Maintain the current structure: The existing sections and content are to remain untouched. The focus of this project is solely on the design elements such as colors, fonts, and layout.
- Colors: Evaluate the current color scheme and enhance it to make the resume more visually appealing. The goal is to make the colors more vibrant or muted, depending on your design expertise.
- Fonts: If you choose, you can suggest an alternative modern font that retains readability but brings a fresh perspective to the resume. However, this is not mandatory, and you may keep the existing fonts if they already align with a modern design aesthetic.
- Layout: There is no need to rearrange any of the sections. However, you may recommend adjustments to the white space or overall layout to make the resume more visually engaging and easier to navigate.

Deliverable:
- A redesigned Word document that reflects the enhancements you've made. The final product should be ready for immediate use, so it must remain lightweight and easy to upload or share.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in graphic design, particularly with resumes or other professional documents.
- A good eye for color, font selection, and layout design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word to ensure the final deliverable is in a .doc format.
- Excellent communication skills to understand my needs and provide design insights.

You can post the demos as images. There is no need to edit my CV. While once chosen for the job, I would like to have my CV in edited DOC format.

Please stick to a simple theme like mine. just want to improve it. Try a simple gradient colored (blue/light blue tone color etc) bar throughout the top. The structure I think mine is already fine. I would like it to be refined, fine and professional not tacky. A slight hint of background would be nice.

Thanks to your efforts I summarize the points I think I want in my new CV:

* Bright blue for paragraph titles
* Black line lit for dividing paragraphs
* Black lit for subtitles and dates
* White background or slightly light gray background
* Square or round photo (on the left side maybe better)
* For the lists: instead of dashes as in mine, bright black dots.
* Personal data list in words or with icons.
* Use a nice font (like in #53)
* Good idea to put an elegant timeline immediately to the right of the dates.
* I think it's better to remove the wording at the top "Curriculum Vitae" and give more prominence to the name to the photo and data, etc...
* Single-column style

I also attach pictures of some ideas found on the internet
