I really wanted this to work with Tias, but unfortunately, even after giving direction and examples, the final work submitted is still not correct meaning that I now have to spend time completing the work that she has had 5 weeks to do. The job description clearly stated a requirement for attention to detail and it simply wasn't there. I wish her the very best as she is genuinely a lovely person, but this project was not the right one for her. I took a punt and it didn't work out.
