In 2011, when I was 28 years old, I came to New Zealand, where I studied, worked and lived for more than 12 years. I had rich experience and engaged in many industries. I also spent more than eight years in the construction industry in New Zealand. I started from a labor force that I didn't know anything about. I worked on foundations, block laying, gardens, roofs, carpentry, team leader, administration and office management and so on. I am familiar with New Zealand building codes, reviewed drawings and budget quotations, Using 3D software to build a residential model has basically the practical ability to independently engage in business, undertake projects, and manage and build various civil residential projects. I have worked on many construction projects, including government subsidized housing, commercial buildings, and townhouses.Currently, I work as a product manager in an Internet company. Before the age of 28, I studied Civil Engineering in university, and then transferred to computer software development. A project development team with up to 16 people from software development to management has been engaged in IT work in Shanghai for about 5 years, which greatly broadened my thinking and vision. Then I decided to go abroad for further study and constantly challenge myself. In New Zealand, I studied English, 3D animation design and business management successively. At present, I have the highest degree of business level 7, After graduation, I worked part-time in animation modeling, brick moving on the construction site, commercial cleaning, kitchen helper, etc. Finally, I chose office manager, business project administrator and other positions in the construction industry. At the same time, I can take into account the construction related work skills, which greatly increased my knowledge in the construction field, and improved my technical level and management experience.  I think I still have a lot of room for progress, and I am a fast, enthusiastic learner with creative thinking. I work hard for the common goal by becoming a member of the team through running in. I like new challenges and hope to have the opportunity to further expand my knowledge and experience. I have good interpersonal skills and know how to make others feel comfortable. I am confident but considerate and understand the needs of people around me. In my opinion, anything is possible. My experience tells me that I can manage more fields at the same time.
