As coordinator of the process improvement area, I successfully directed all business projects, leading a cohesive team of 5 functional analysts. From the implementation of the ISO 9001 Integrated Management System to the introduction of industry 4.0 in production, my approach ranged from plant capacity expansion, plant distribution optimization and capacity studies. In addition, I accurately managed the budget allocated to the CIA capex.
