I´m the best candidate for this position since I have 3 years of work experience in the call center industry; I worked for Alorica at the home appliance department as a tech support, I worked for Contact Center Dominican (CCD) scheduling patient appointment for Moffit Clinics and I´m currently working for USA Veins Clinic at the contact center Synergy. I´m a hard worker, an easy going person and I need minimal supervision in my work and beside all of this I´m a fast learner.
