We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Virtual Assistant for a long-term hourly role (budget: $2-$5/hour) to support our company, The Luxury Recharge. This individual will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our workflows, social media presence, and lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflows and Automations:
• Create and manage workflows and automations using platforms like [login to view URL] or GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Draft compelling email and text content for campaigns.
• Ensure workflows align with our brand’s voice and objectives.
Social Media Management:
• Create and schedule content, including graphics, images, and/or videos for all social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Maintain consistent posting schedules and engagement strategies.
• Use tools like social media schedulers to organize posts effectively. Must have an eye for good videos that may go viral I’ll add some examples below (using viral sounds / clips / gifs)
Lead Generation:
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate B2B and B2C leads.
• Build meaningful connections and outreach strategies for lead conversion.
4. Brand Awareness:
• Develop strategies to enhance the visibility of The Luxury Recharge.
• Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone, style, and focus on rest, relaxation, and mental health for women.
5. Communication & Collaboration:
• Maintain consistent communication and be responsive during Central Time Zone (CST) working hours.
• Speak and write fluently in English to ensure clear and professional communication.
