Personalized AI Video Outreach Assistance

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a project involving personalized Ai video outreach. My goal is to create a single 30-second video where the only change across all versions is the recipient’s name, including lip-sync adjustments to match. The rest of the video will remain exactly the same. We already have a functioning AI Chatbot which is good but we wanna make it even more personalized. Tools like Sendspark or Maverick already do this pretty good and also offer API's, however we wanna build this system in our own agency.
