A. Implementation of approved payroll programs in accordance with the guidelines set by Client’s management.
B. Bi-monthly processing of regular payroll (Payroll Run)
a. Preparation of payroll-related reports for every payroll run
· Payroll summary
· Summary reports on additions and deductions from employees’ salary
· Schedules detailing compliance on mandated deductions with government agencies (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, BIR)
· Payroll slip ready for distribution
C. Computation and preparation of bonuses (including but not limited to the 13th month pay); in accordance to the Client’s directives.
D. Computation and preparation of final pay on separated employees.
E. Release of payslips to all employees
F. Employee Tax Annualization
• Annual information return of tax withheld on compensation
• Alpha-listing of employees’ taxes per taxable year
• 2316 generation
II. Timekeeping Services
A. Compilation and consolidation of employees’ attendance data for purposes of payroll, attendance-monitoring and records-keeping
B. Computation of total man-hour/man-day’s loss for accurate payment of salaries
C. Monitoring of employees’ leave credits, to track consumption vis-à-vis benefits
D. Deduction of unauthorized absences, tardiness and undertime
E. Support implementation of Client’s attendance policies
III. Liaison Services
provide liaison assistance and advice in the preparation of requisite documents
for application of benefits with, or payments to, identified government agencies; SSS, Philhealth, HDMF and BIR.
