SEO | Fix Jave Script and Minify CSS files

I need an expert who works on WordPress, who can also perform CEO, that can help me with following specific issues: Fix Java Script issues, reduce the number of CSS files, fix Strong/Bold tags, fix external to internal links ratio, fix alt image, add analytics tool, knows how to add Facebook pixel and Twitter cards. Knows how to create content that can optimize individual pages on my site to rank on search engines. Add correct meta tags. Perform other SEO tasks that have not already be done.
