Location: Remote (UK-Based Only) About Us: We are a growing website design and development studio specialising in crafting tailored online solutions for SMEs and specialist businesses, including schools, estate agents, accountants, lawyers, and more. While we excel in technical expertise, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales partner to join as a co-founder to help us drive growth. The Opportunity: This is a unique chance to become a commission-based co-founder of a promising digital studio. You’ll take charge of sales and client acquisition, while we focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions. Together, we’ll scale the business and share in its success. What You’ll Do: - Develop and execute sales strategies targeting SMEs and specialist industries across the UK. - Identify, prospect, and generate your own leads, turning them into long-term clients. - Communicate the value of our web design and development services to potential clients. - Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. - Drive revenue growth and achieve agreed sales targets. What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience in selling digital/IT services, particularly web design and development. - Strong network and ability to target SMEs and specialist businesses in the UK. - Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving sales. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work remotely but maintain a strong UK presence for client relations.
