I'm looking for a Junior HR Analyst and HR Assistant for our Personnel Department. The project encompasses various facets of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting and Advertisement: Crafting appealing job listings and disseminating them across various platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Conducting Interviews: Engaging with shortlisted candidates to assess their fit for the company and the role.
- Screening and Shortlisting Candidates: Filtering through applications to create a pool of potential candidates for further evaluation.
- Employee Relations and Support: Assisting in fostering a positive workplace environment and addressing employee queries and concerns.
- Payroll and Benefits Management: Supporting the management of employee remuneration and benefits.
Ideal Skills:
- Previous experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and selection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations.
