Convert Native 3ds Max Model into Native Cinema4D Model -- 2

Hello, I recently purchased a native 3Ds Max File (with Vray+Corona) but I need this file to be converted into a native C4D file without loosing the textures. I have all original texture files as well. This should be straightforward for someone who has done this before.
