Progetto: Implementazione Odoo Community per laboratorio di pasta congelata (con e senza glutine) Obiettivo generale Attivare un sistema gestionale basato su Odoo Community (versione da definire, valutando che non sia necessario l’Enterprise), per gestire contatti, vendite, magazzino, produzione e ordini, con integrazione di barcoding e tracciabilità dei lotti. Il progetto deve essere completato in 50 ore Moduli richiesti 1. Contatti • Per gestire anagrafiche clienti, fornitori e partner. 2. Vendite • Creazione e gestione degli ordini di vendita. • Collegamento al modulo magazzino per aggiornamento automatico delle giacenze. 3. Magazzino • Gestione di circa 100 articoli tra materie prime e prodotti finiti. • Implementazione della tracciabilità tramite barcode per i prodotti. • Caricamento delle materie prime con registrazione di: • Data del fornitore. • Lotto del fornitore. 4. MRP (Produzione) • Configurazione delle ricette per i prodotti da realizzare. • Lettura dei barcode delle materie prime utilizzate, con associazione al lotto interno di produzione. • Supporto per la gestione della fase di congelamento. 5. Ordini • Gestione degli ordini di acquisto e produzione. Flusso operativo 1. Censimento e caricamento dati iniziali: • Inserimento delle materie prime in ingresso con registrazione dei dati del fornitore, lotto e barcode. • Creazione anagrafiche prodotti finiti e relative ricette nel modulo MRP. 2. Produzione: • Utilizzo delle materie prime, tracciate tramite barcode. • Associazione delle materie prime ai lotti interni di produzione. • Congelamento e stoccaggio dei prodotti finiti. 3. Gestione dei documenti di trasporto (DDT): • Emissione dei DDT con: • Data. • Prodotto. • Lotto di produzione interno. 4. Export dei dati: • Estrazione di report in formato Excel (con dati su vendite, lotti e giacenze) per l’ufficio fatturazione. 5. Stampa barcode: • Generazione di barcode per ogni lotto di produzione interno, inclusa la data di produzione. Punti critici da valutare • Barcode e tracciabilità: Assicurarsi che Odoo Community supporti pienamente il flusso barcode richiesto, oppure integrare un modulo aggiuntivo. • Report Excel personalizzati: Verificare la configurazione per estrarre file Excel direttamente da Odoo. • Moduli aggiuntivi: Controllare se la versione Community soddisfa i requisiti del flusso MRP o se sono necessari plugin esterni.
