Project Webside (project management tool)

Cloud-based project page / website. On the project overview we need to see and create projects, where there will then be a separate project page per project ([login to view URL]) On the project overview we need columns as described below; (columns can be customized/filtered) 1. Project number 2. Project manager 3. Description 4. Executive operators 5. Start date 6. End date 7. Status of building case 8. Status drawings 9. Status invoicing 10. Project status *the project automatically goes to closed/finished when all activities have been carried out. (Coloumns from nr 4-10 can be edited in the project overview view) You can also click on a project on the project overview to see the various activities that have been set up in the project, the status of the activities (not started, in progress or finished). A responsible person is assigned to the various activities, who receives a notification by email when this person has been assigned an activity/role. A deadline is set for each activity. If the activity is not completed by the deadline, a notification is sent by e-mail. Inside the project page you must have different categories; 1. Documents where to create a folder structure. Here I want to be able to create a folder that has approval levels on documents that are added (for approval - Approved - Rejected). This means that when a person uploads a document, it must be approved by the person assigned to this role. (See picture for inspiration) 2. Activities/tasks that follow a structure, in the same way as mentioned above. (In progress-For approval-Approved) 2.
