Modify WP site using contact 7 and CFDB plugins

I've got most of the site built but need some help making some modifications.
The site is a video blog site for research. Researches complete a form and add a youtube video that appease in blot type posts, view more to see more details.
I've build the form using contact 7 and using cfdb to view and export the form database which is also a requirement.
What I need is to display the form data on the video blog feed, there also needs to be a “news” blog feed for text posts. I also need front end filters to filter into different video categories (that are chosen when uploading).
Important. The site doesn't have to be done with these plugins, in fact the form has also been done (another instance) using custom fields but that’s missing the admin view and download feature. Basically is can be done anyway as long as it works and doesn't break with wp updates.
