We are looking for an experienced development team to create a Customs Clearance and Logistics Management System with the following specifications: Backend in PHP Laravel, Web Frontend, and Mobile Apps using Flutter. The platform must manage workflows, shipments, invoicing, real-time tracking, and more, while serving Customers, Partners, and Employees with tailored roles and permissions.
System Overview
The system will handle customs clearance, logistics workflows, and shipment tracking with dynamic task assignments. The solution must include a web-based admin dashboard, customer portal, and mobile applications for customers and employees.
Core Features
1. User Management
Role-based system for Customers, Partners, and Employees (Clearance Agents, Drivers, Admins).
Registration, login, and access control.
2. Workflow and Services Management
Dynamic workflows based on the service (e.g., Door-to-Door, Clearance Only).
Define stages for each service (pickup → clearance → delivery).
Link workflows to services, with automated task transitions.
3. Shipment Management
Create and manage shipments with detailed tracking.
Assign tasks to employees (manual and automatic).
Update shipment statuses in real-time.
4. Expense and Invoicing
Add shipment-related expenses (e.g., clearance fees, transportation).
Generate and send VAT-compliant invoices (PDF with QR codes).
Track payments and outstanding invoices.
