Training platform: Videos/Quizzes
Structure:
Subjects, books, levels, exercises, videos, accounts (parent account with multiple kids), student accounts, admin accounts, content editor accounts, and support accounts.
1- Multiple subjects.
2- Each subject can be taken by levels or by books.
3- A parent can configure their kid's profile to be taken by book and take its exercises until completed (you can take multiple books at the same time or cancel a progress on a book and start another book), or pick a level and do exercises and level up.
4- When levels are selected, it starts with an assessment to evaluate the child's level.
5- Each exercise can reference a video or a group of videos for learning. (optional)
Scoring/Grading
Each exercise has 15 questions. A passing grade is 70%+ to unlock the next eexercise
Parent control
1- They can choose to lock the contents, which will result in unlocking the next exercise until passing the current exercise until the level/book exercises are completed to get the certificate.
2- Or they can choose an open option—unlocking all exercises—and leave the student to pick what they need to practice. When all exercises of a level or a book are completed (regardless of the order of completion), the certificate will be issued.
Admin
1- Subjects, questions, answers, levels, and books can be uploaded in bulk using an Excel file.
2- This should be a subscription platform with annual payment; auto-renewal is an option provided at payment.
3- Auto-renewal should be a checkbox in the profile settings with the date it was last updated, and an email is sent to the account owner when it is updated and logged in the system for tracking.
4- Payment should be integrated with Stripe.
5. Admin can access detailed analytics of student performances and progress reports.
6. A workflow for content approval should be available before quizzes or subjects go live.
7. Admin can view and export user activity logs to monitor system usage.
8. Admins can manage system notifications and customize email templates.
9. Admins can assign and customize roles for different accounts with specific permissions.
10. Admins can perform and schedule backups and restore data from specific backup points.
11. Admins have access to detailed audit trails for compliance and monitoring purposes.
12. Admins can create and export customizable reports based on various parameters.
13. Admins can broadcast messages or announcements to all users or specific groups.
The platform will issue digital certificates. The student interface should provide standard customization, including basic theme options and personalized learning paths.
