Documental repository with multiple authentication levels in laravel, bootstrap, datatables

Hello, I need a laravel app that will organize some docs (pdf, word, xl..) and images (png, jpg but also psd) uploaded by the users. The app will let me create and update the users and users roles. The documents will be divided in sections (let's say categories) and for each categories I should be able to decide which user can access it and if he can download only the documents or if he can upload them. I need a navigation menu ( horizontal on top ) with this items: Users, Categories, Documents, Media. User form will let the Admin to enable or disable login to the app. The form will let the admin to notify the user about this with a confirmation modal. The modal will present the user email in the To: field, and a CC: field where the admin can add a second mail address. Category form will let the admin to create or update Category and role permissions (view, edit): Category Name, Description, dynamic list of roles with button to enable View. Preferred Ajax to update the permissions. Document form will have some field like Category (select with only options enabled for the user role), Document name, Product Sku, Product Name, Description and upload. Media Form will let the user to choose Category (select with only options enabled for the user role) Media name, Product Sku, Product Name, Description and upload. All the indexes will be done in js Datatables, optmized to query the necessary fields and records (example code will be provided). The documents and media indexes will let the user download the content without entering the detail page. All the views, forms, fields, buttons, layout, modals (if needed) will use bootstrap. In the indexes should be presented Created_At and Updated_at fields in Italian date format ( ex. 0512/2025). Use always the same view to create and update the data: in example documents/[login to view URL] will be used both to create and update the documents. The project will be mantained on our github repository. Use of chatGpt to speed up development will be a plus.
