I'm seeking an electronics engineer to develop a simple IoT switch with GSM functionality and data storage capabilities.

DESCRIPTION
======================
The project will put all parts together in a 3D enclosure that will provide external access to the SD and the SIM cards, the Output ethernet connector.
The Input ethernet cable will not be detachable.
The components will be standard modules/breakouts, described at the end as OPTION-1 and OPTION-2.
The project consists in:
- Providing 3 of those modems, completely tested and fully functional.
- Provide all schematics for the connections, the PCB containing the parts and the CAD for the enclosure.
- Provide the Arduino code for testing the LEDs, GSM, DNS, Ethernet, RS232... etc.
- Provide an Arduino demo example where the modem listens the TCP/IP traffic going across the switch and, when being requested (the computer will send a json request to the modem using its DNS), connects over GSM with a remote server using HTTP and requests a [login to view URL] that will then be stored in the SD memory.

By being granted the project you agree that the full ownership of the project, code and any material belongs to me when having released the last milestone.

The GSM must be a 4G one that works in Europe!!

PAYMENT:
======================
The project budget is a fixed price. The costs of the components and delivery will be paid extra on top of this project price.
* I am paying two milestones for the design: 50%when I get the example code done (requested in the description): you show me in an online meeting, and 50% + the cost of the components and the delivery are paid AFTER having received the 3 prototypes.
* That means, that you have to order the components at your expense (about $ 100), mount the boards, test them, show me in an online meeting (then i pay you 50%) and then send to me the boxes to get the rest 50% and all components + transport expenses. I work like this since the beginning, you can see my reputation in Freelancer.
* But please, you need to be very confident and commited: i am only paying the first 50% after I see the boards at your place and you show me the example code WORKING on them. If you fail or retire, I will not pay any conpensation.
