T-SQL to PL/SQL XML Procedures Migration

I need a professional with deep expertise in both T-SQL and PL/SQL to help rewrite my T-SQL XML procedures into PL/SQL. The primary goal of this project is to ensure compatibility with Oracle databases. Key responsibilities include: - Rewriting existing procedures for data extraction, transformation, validation and processing into PL/SQL. - Ensuring the new procedures maintain the same level of functionality as the T-SQL counterparts. - Leveraging user-defined types in PL/SQL to enhance the new procedures.
