I'm looking for a blockchain expert to create a secure, anonymous voting system for board member elections. This system should allow for anonymous voting with public results, ensuring full transparency post-election, while maintaining voter privacy. The ideal candidate will have experience with blockchain technology and a deep understanding of creating secure, transparent systems. (Poligon preffered)
Creating a voting system for a corporate company via a public decentralized blockchain
(1500 employees, 3 computers from which you can vote and 5 managers from which only 1 will be chosen)
Voters vote via frontend via a graphical application for the Linux operating system with an update option
Each of the 3 machines will authenticate to the blockchain via a unique software key (public and private) and UUID generated for it. Thus, it will have a unique ID for the blockchain and will not be able to be cloned if the key is copied to another one on the network.
Each voter has a 10-digit service number given by their company which is recorded on their RFID card. They will authenticate to the system with this number in the frontend. After the project is completed, an RFID reader can be added for easier entry of numbers.
There will be a choice of 5 leaders
In the smart contract on the blockchain, all data such as the ID numbers of voters and their chosen one must be encrypted. That is, there is no way to derive statistics or interpretation of the current voting and the data of the voters even if the transactions in the blockchain are read.
The smart contract must be locked with a time lock or something similar and become adequately understandable or visible only at the specified date and time after the vote. (If it is possible to extract any data, track the number of voters or something other than sensitive information can be explained later)
Voters can only vote once
a pre-entered group of voters can only vote from a pre-specified machine.
(for example: in the smart contract, describe voters from number 0000000001-to 0000000500 will vote on machine ID-1001 /Public key for department 1/. Voters from 0000000501 to 0000001000 on machine ID-1002 /Public key for department 2/ and 0000001001 to 0000001500 on machine ID=1003 /Public key for department 3/. )
Gas payments for transactions should be made from a previously specified wallet of the administrator and not of the voters. Voters will only vote, payments are from the company's wallet.
Use a cheap and secure decentralized blockchain, such as Poligon and Mattic or POL.
If possible, let's /check whether voting is possible/ and /whether voting is done by the correct machine/ and only then make a record in the blockchain if the above conditions are valid, thus reducing the request to the blockchain to only one number, and minimizing gas costs if any of the conditions are not met and eliminating the need for multiple blockchain queries for each condition.
