As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential buyers through social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok…. and effectively communicate our product offerings. You will have text messages to send. Your efforts will play a crucial role in increasing our sales and expanding our customer base. Find potentials clients through all social media and google Contact them See their needs Propose our products Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in various social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok to engage potential buyers and initiate conversations. - Email Marketing: Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to reach out to potential leads, nurture relationships with existing customers, and convert leads into sales. - Understand our product offerings thoroughly and communicate their features and benefits to potential buyers. - Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, ensuring alignment with our target customer profile. - Build rapport with potential buyers and establish long-lasting relationships. - Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services. - Identify interested buyers and forward their contact details, along with relevant notes, to the sales team for follow-up. - Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and communication history for effective tracking and reporting. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for engaging potential buyers and achieving sales targets. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations and maximize sales opportunities.
