Graphic Artist for 20 Sports Characters with actual face

I need a graphic artist to create 20 sports characters for the sports below in Photoshop. 10 of the characters will be boys and the other 10 will be girls. I will need the photoshop source file for each of the sports. Each character should be where I can put a persons face on the character similar to what you see in the attachments.
Each character should have the following:
The ability for me to change the color of the skin
The ability for me to change the color of the uniform
A uniform on related to the sport and possibly holding the ball or some equipment from that sport (i.e. holding the ball in basketball, stepping on the ball in soccer, holding the bat in baseball, etc.)

Your bid should be for creating the 20 characters above. I only want the photoshop source file and photoshop only. The design style should be similar to the attachments so you don't have to ask me what style I'm looking for as I provided them in the attachments. Everything that I needs is well outlined in this project description along with the attachments.
