FileMaker to SQL Migration for Performance Boost

I'm seeking a professional with extensive experience in database management and migration. The primary goal of this project is to transfer my current FileMaker system to SQL, primarily to enhance performance. Current File Maker Database is located in a local server. But for new database we are flexible about local or cloud.

We want something to use for next 20 years. And to use Power BI tool to live report.

We need the data entry forms as well to input data in SQL database. And we prefer those forms will be similar to the current File Maker data entry layouts.

Key Issues:

- Frequent crashes and errors with the current FileMaker setup, particularly affecting data input and retrieval.

- Slow query response times impacting overall system performance.

- Inconsistent data integrity issues due to frequent crashes, requiring regular manual corrections.
