I'm seeking a dedicated professional to conduct cold calling with the goal of generating leads and onboarding owner-operator trucking carriers for dispatch. Key Responsibilities: - Cold call to identify and generate leads from owner-operators - Gather crucial information such as fleet size and type, current dispatch system, and operational regions - Conduct follow-up calls with leads to further gauge interest and answer any questions. Ideal Skills: - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Experience in cold calling and lead generation - Knowledge of the trucking industry - Ability to gather and report information accurately Your primary task will be to reach out to potential carriers, engage them in conversation, and assess their suitability for our dispatch needs. Your efforts will be instrumental in expanding our network and enhancing our operations. The target is to generate 10-20 leads. You will be provided with a contact list of potential owner-operators. You need to generate 10-20 leads within 1 month. You will use the provided scripts and talking points during calls. Schedule a follow-up meeting with interested owner-operators. Follow-up with regular check-ins to maintain engagement. Focus on owner-operators from across the country. Cold calling should primarily occur during morning hours. We prefer candidates with some experience in cold calling and lead generation. Please gather information on their preferred routes or regions of operation. Please provide daily reports on the progress and activities of cold calling. A call recording tool will be provided to review and improve call performance. Prioritize cold calling across the entire country. Follow-up with interested leads should be conducted primarily through phone calls. Only consider leads using a certain type of dispatch system. Only consider leads using an Electronic Logging Device (ELD) dispatch system.
