Create an online browser game like Ogame, Tribal Wars, Ikariam...

Hello developer! I'm looking for a developer with the extra love and passion for creating online Browser Games like Ogame, Tribal Wars, Ikariam and so one. It should be available on PC (As a browsergame) but with the option for later to also publish an app for mobile devices. But Mainfocus should be pc / browser. The script languages I had in thoughts would be: PHP, Javascript, html, css, SQL. BUT if you as an total expert can explain and argue why language xy would be better for this, im totally open minded for that! I will do the design stuff so I'm glad to give you enough space to feel free and to be creative in the coding / scripting The overall setting of the game should be a sci-fi theme and played in the universe. The Universe should have a bunch of galaxies and within the galaxies there should be also a bunch of solar systems. Player can settle / create Planets in that Universe and have then a kind of a coordinate system for example 1:405:8 Where 1 is the Galaxyplace 405 is the solar system place and 8 is the place in that solar system. Yeah Solar system should have between 10-15 Places / Spots and each galaxy should have between 100-200 solar systems. But this should be scaleable for lower or higher density. The Main Features of the game should be: -Players can registrate in the game and during this they have to decide which race they want to play. Each race has some different extras (faster in collecting ressources, faster research and stuff like this...) -Each Player starts with one planet which will be set randomly in the universe world and on that planet the player need to build some ressource buildings, research some new technologies to get better equip / buildings but the player can also build some defens like launchers, lasers, turrets and the player can also build some fleet like fighters, cruiser, destroyer. -There should be an overall ecosystem with like 4-5 "Main" Ressources which will be needed for the most parts of the game like buildings, defense, fleet, research but there should be additional 2-3 Ressources for some special parts. And also here it would be good to keep this scalable to add more ressources or delete some. -One of the biggest parts I assume would be the "battle" eventhandler / battlesystem. So if a Player A has for example 1000 cruiser on Planet A and player B should be possible to attack from Planet B the Player A on his Planet A. This means that the fleet from Player B first need to fly to the Planet A and consume a kind of fuel and when they reach the Planet A they should fight each other on that planet based on the different stats of the fleets. After the fight is over there should be also a debris on this position depends on the ships / defense who got destroyed. -There should be different pages For Ressource Buildings where each player can build their mines and lower tech buildings, then a page for advanced buildings, a page for different researches, a page for defensive buildings / units, a page for fleet / attacking units, An overview page where the player can see his planet, the size of, temperature of the planet and other useful information. -Also there should be an interactive trade market. for example Player A can set an offer for example In need of 1000 Iron. Player B can then negotiate that and offers Player A 500 Platin for that 1000 iron and set a counteroffer. When Player A accept the trade both will lost their offers and will get instead the ressources from the other Player. Either instant or after accepting the offer a timer will count (1 hour or something) to "prepare" the trade. -An Adminmenu should be also available to check all the players and the planets how many ressources, fleet and so they have and the possibility to delete stuff or add stuff to players and planets if problems occurs or for some bonuses. There are a few additional things but I don't want to overwhelm everyone here. We can go step-by-step and of course depends in the end of the costs and time consumption this project will have in the end. I hope this is nothing to "extreme" for you guys. Im very hopeful to find someone who want exactly something like that to build. For the payment we can arrange a basis payment for each hour or if you can say you will need at least xy hours we can also set a fixed price for that and then additional hours will get payed separate.
