HTML Prototype Enhancement: File Uploads & JS Validation

Need help to improve the HTML of our prototype single-page app (not SPA). The main focus areas are file uploads and minimal data collection with (very basic) JavaScript validation. The goal is to make the app usable on both desktop and mobile browsers, with a key emphasis on keeping load times tight for mobile users (so no heavy frameworks). The prototype is fully functional, with the correct language & functionality; we need help cleaning up layout (nicer visual separation of sections, fonts, spacing) and adaptations for mobile devices. Need this work completed in 48 hours. We will provide access to the dev environment; our devs will handle template updates so we just need an HTML/CSS “output” to work from. The ideal freelancer for this project should have: - Proficient experience in HTML and JavaScript, with a keen eye for clean and efficient code. - An understanding of the importance of mobile performance optimization, as we aim to keep load times tight for mobile users.
