Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Rizna Inc, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company by selling our cutting-edge sportswear products. Your job will be to effectively communicate the value of our service, close deals, and foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued success.
We are looking for elite closers with a proven track record in sales who thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. If you are a sales shark with a background in sports or betting, this is your opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company with tremendous earning potential.
Responsibilities:
• Take inbound calls and Zoom meetings with prospective clients
• Sell our sportswear regulas as well as customized products, focusing on the ROI and value we offer
• Close sales and onboard new clients while maintaining a high closing rate
• Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they are set up for continued success
• Manage and maintain your own pipeline of prospects and clients
• Work with our setters, who will pack your calendar with qualified leads, so you’re always focused on closing
• Continue to sell to existing clients, promoting product upgrades as appropriate
• Consistently hit sales targets and performance goals
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in selling customized sportswear, clubwear.
• A strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• A background or interest in sports, sportswear is highly preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A self-starter mentality and the ability to work independently while maintaining team alignment
• Ability to work remote with a flexible schedule (weekdays primarily, but some availability on weekends is expected)
• A proven track record of closing sales and maintaining client relationships
• Minimum age of 22 years preferred (exceptions can be made for elite candidates under 22)
