Kiwifruit Grading Conveyor Design

I'm looking for a professional mechanical engineer with experience in conveyor systems to design a grading conveyor specifically for kiwifruit. Key Project Requirements: - The conveyor will need to accommodate kiwifruit. - Operators will be visually assessing the fruit as it moves along the conveyor. - The design should allow for manual sorting. Operators will either leave the fruit on the conveyor or transfer it by hand to another belt for further sorting. The conveyor is approx 3000mm long x 600mm wide with 150mm wide belt mounted on each side for sorting the fruit. The main conveyor is rollers between chain, the 2 x narrow conveyors are PVC ply belting. Ideal Skills: - Mechanical engineering - Conveyor system design - Industrial design - Experience with grading systems for fruit Your bid should reflect your ability to meet these requirements. Prior experience in designing similar systems will be a significant advantage. Please include relevant portfolio pieces in your application. Autodesk Inventor 2022 must be used as the design package. Models for the conveyor components will be provided as well as some examples of similar conveyors. The successful candidate must be available for progress meetings over video call. The target date for completion is 7th November.
