Job Description:
As our 3D Animator, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning animations that capture the essence of Clora. Your work will play a central role in growing our social media presence, setting the stage for Clora’s launch. Our target is to achieve a significant milestone (e.g., [specific follower count, engagement level]) on social media within [time frame, e.g., six months]. Upon reaching this milestone, Clora will officially launch, and you will be rewarded with a pre-agreed equity percentage in the company.
Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality 3D animations aligned with Clora’s brand vision.
Collaborate with the Clora team to create visually appealing content for social media.
Contribute to the planning and strategy behind social media growth and engagement.
Adapt animations to align with ongoing brand strategy and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in 3D animation, preferably in fashion or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating your style, creativity, and technical expertise.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
Passion for luxury streetwear, fashion aesthetics, and high-end branding.
Compensation Structure:
Initial work will be milestone-based, with equity awarded once the social media target is met.
After reaching the milestone, you’ll receive a percentage ownership in Clora, entitling you to profit-sharing based on that ownership.
Milestone Agreement: This role requires meeting a specific social media growth goal. Details on the milestone and equity percentage will be discussed during the interview.
