I'm working on a project and I need to add a popup text feature. The specifics are as follows: - The popup text should trigger on mouse hover. - It needs to display HTML content with formatting. The freelancer for this project should have substantial experience with and be proficient in JavaScript, as well as having a good understanding of HTML/CSS for formatting the popup text.
