I am looking for a skilled illustrator who can create a avatar-style illustration of me. The final piece will be used as my profile picture on WhatsApp and other social media platforms.

Key Requirements:
- The illustration should be closer to how I look - should not be a caricature or a funny cartoon.
- The image must feature me with a smiling, yet not laughing, and energetic expression.
- The illustration should be done in black and white, similar to the sample output provided.
- The background needs to be plain white.
- I need the final files in HD TIF, PNG, and JPEG formats, both with and without backgrounds.

Ideal Skills:
- Strong background in realistic illustration
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to create engaging, yet accurate depictions

Please refer to the sample output file I've provided for the type of work I am expecting.
