Instruction Guide-Setup Proxies using IPV6 IP's on VPS

I need a step by step instruction guide on "how to setup a private proxy server on a Centos or Ubuntu Virtual Private Server using IPV6 Ip's." I want this instruction guide so that I can setup multiple VPS's.

I am using a windows 10 machine, I currently know how to use WINSCP to access my VPS. I want to be able to log into a VPS access 100 or more different IPV6 IP's.

I already have done this for IPV4 Ip's but I need help to setup IPV6 IP's.

I am willing to pay $40.
