I have a team of experienced agents and we are currently doing outbound calls for a health insurance company in the US where my agents give insurance options to customers. Each agent is generating an average of 10 leads per day. We also have experience outbound sales calls for AT&T, solar, online local search, real estate. Other experiences we have are technical and customer support, research, data entry, appointment setting, handle ticketing systems, lead generation, real estate appointment setting. All my agents are based in my office, thus the reliability. We have 2 internet providers and I have an IT team on 24x7 schedule to provide tech assistance to all my agents.
We are up-to-date with the current technologies, like desktop sharing (teamviewer, citrix, gotomeeting), CRM/project management tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Asana, etc.), cloud services and VoIP (we have used ringcentral, vicidial and other dialers). We have experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, google drive) and we're knowledgeable with online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
