I'm seeking a talented graphic designer to bring my vision of a unique logo to life. The logo features an artistic/cartoon or realistic skeleton head wearing a highly detailed military helmet and night vision goggles, reminiscent of a special forces operator. The skeleton should be throwing the Shaka sign (hang loose).

Key elements:
- Incorporate the name "BROKEN ARROW ™️" into the design
- Use of my favorite colors: Red, Blue, Army Green, Tan, Black, White
- Black should be the dominant color
