Server Administrator Manager (windows) / PCI Compliance/PSD Payment Gateways/email

Due to corona, we have lost our administrator company that was with us for 8 years, we have 2 medium WIndows servers that need managing and monitoring, monthly including 3 main/critical sites, with a lot windows services, 10 brochure sites, 40 landing pages and 50 email addresses
Also required is the monthly scanning of PCI, via trustwave and keeping servers passed and compliant
This is an ongoing monthly requirement, must have great references, excellent English and regular daily contact via voice on skype/whatsapp, including monthly reports, and attention/support when there is a critical fail
Can pay monthly fee and/or per hour, to suit, max $20/hour or $200 per month etc
