My name is Peter, and I am the Ceo at Housing Partners of America, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping low-income families achieve homeownership through downpayment assistance, financial literacy training, and home-buying workshops. We are passionate about supporting our community and empowering individuals to build stable futures through homeownership.
We are seeking a talented and experienced web developer to design and build a new website for our organization. The goal is to create an online presence that reflects the heart of our mission while offering a seamless, user-friendly experience for our visitors. The website will serve as an educational hub and a resource for those seeking financial literacy, assistance with home purchases, and opportunities to engage with and support our work.
The key features and functionality we would like the website to include are as follows:
1. Donation Page
As a nonprofit, we rely on the generosity of donors to support our mission. We would like a secure, easy-to-use donation page where individuals can contribute online. This page should allow users to make one-time or recurring donations, as well as provide options for various donation amounts. Also add a second donation page to donate real estate to help provide lo income housing
2. Email Opt-In
We want to stay connected with our community and keep them informed of our programs, events, and initiatives. A prominent email opt-in form should be incorporated into the website, allowing visitors to subscribe to our newsletter and receive updates.
3. Responsive Design for Desktop, Tablet & Mobile
It is crucial that our website is fully responsive and optimized for all devices. Whether a user is visiting from a desktop, tablet, or smartphone, the site should provide an excellent and consistent experience across all screen sizes.
4. Blog Page
We would like to have a blog section where we can post helpful articles, tips on financial literacy, success stories, and updates about our programs. The blog should be easy to update and manage, with a simple content management system (CMS) to allow us to post regularly.
5. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
The website must be optimized for search engines to help improve our visibility and reach within our community. We would like the website to be built with SEO best practices in mind, including optimized page titles, meta descriptions, header tags, and image alt text.
6. Anti-Spam Plugin
To prevent spam and maintain the integrity of our website’s user interactions, we would like an anti-spam plugin to be implemented. This will help protect forms such as our donation page, contact forms, and email opt-ins.

The overall design of the website should reflect the professionalism and community focus of our nonprofit. We would like the design to be modern, clean, and easy to navigate, with clear calls to action, compelling visuals, and user-friendly functionality.
