Build a Magazine Wordpress Website

Build a WordPress website that includes 28 web pages, simple effects (home page slider), and subscription registration (Mailchimp).
The project is well defined with a list of web pages, web page content, list of images, and an initial website has already been setup on Hostgator with plugins.
Required Experience - designer must have experience with creating Wordpress websites, working with slider plugins, and have created embedded forms for email list services (preferably mailchimp).
Project Timeline - Must be Completed by 28 Nov 2020.
Key Project Tasks:
- Layout and Colors - setup and configure basic website
- Install Plugins - if needed - must get approval from us before selecting and installing
- Home Page Slider - setup home page with image slider
- Submission Form Pages - must update a field in Mailchimp identifying submission page
- Create Web Pages - from web page list and content
- Images - update (edit) images and insert into web pages

Some pages will have embedded Mailchimp forms.
File Names - all file name letters will be in lower case characters and all words are separated with a hyphen
Responsive Design - must adapt and work well on mobile devices.
Slug URLs & Parent Pages - defined in our web page list.
Images - use and edit images we have or insert images from free sharing sites.
Web Page List & Page Text - a list of web pages, slug URL, and a file with web page content is provided to the developer.
