A diligent and proactive Human Resource professional for our manpower sourcing agency. Your primary focus will be jobs hunting, searching and identifying potential jobs offer from companies through online, recruiting agencies, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter and various jobs portals throughout Europe, USA and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job hunting and employment search for candidates
- Crafting professional emails to prospective Employers
- Job searching for our own candidate for various positions
- Research, jobs hunting and recruitment agencies
- Reach out with the potential recruiting agencies, jobs offers, HR department, Employers
- Conduct interviews, coaching our own selected applicants
- Assisting with resume witting, preparing documents, visa application and entire process until jobs letter received
- career transition process, including resume updating, interviewing skills, setting goals
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Extensive experience in reverse recruiting or HR
- Have super knowledge of internet, research and finding/hunting jobs are offered by various companies from EU/USA/Canada
- Proven experience in HR, recruiting, job search professionals
- Excellent knowledge of composing professional emails and various correspondences
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and job search platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Develop custom interview questionnaire for different roles.
This role could be a full-time. We prefer candidates with mid-level/experienced level experience to hit the ground running.

Compensation:
This role requires a strong commitment to finding the right jobs/employment offers for our candidates and assisting in their successful onboarding. The pay $150 for each successful job offer received and excellent bonuses for right applicant.
you can earn over $2000 a week easily if you are committed.
