Project Overview:
We are producing a high-quality video ad tailored for digital platforms, including Instagram Reels and TikTok. The final output will incorporate professional VFX to deliver an impactful visual experience. The shoot will take place at a single, carefully selected location that complements the ad’s creative theme and aesthetic.
Project Scope:
Objective: To create an engaging video ad highlighting our brand/product using a mix of live-action and VFX.
Location: One designated location (details to be shared after confirmation). The site will be prepped to ensure it aligns with the creative requirements for VFX integration.
Video Length:
Full Ad: 30–60 seconds.
Reels/Snippets: 15–30 seconds each.
Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality footage suitable for VFX integration.
Use proper lighting and framing techniques to enhance VFX post-production.
Record at various angles and with dynamic movement to provide flexibility in editing.
Collaborate with the creative director to execute the storyboard vision.
Technical Requirements:
Use of 4K-capable cameras or higher.
Smooth and stabilized shots (use of gimbals or rigs is a must).
Audio capture is not required unless specific direction is provided.
Deliverables:
Raw footage for all scenes, with multiple takes.
Behind-the-scenes clips (optional, if possible).
High-resolution stills from key moments (optional).
Timeline:
Pre-Shoot Planning: 1 week before the shoot.
Post-Production Start: Immediately after footage handover.
Additional Notes:
Prior experience with VFX-oriented shoots is preferred.
The videographer should work closely with the post-production team to ensure seamless integration of live-action and VFX elements.
