I am looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor to help create engaging cooking content for my Instagram page and other platforms. The ideal candidate should excel in crafting viral content, be open to making multiple revisions if needed, and understand how to grab and maintain audience attention. This role will primarily focus on short-form content, with some long-form video editing as required.
Key Responsibilities:
-Edit high-quality cooking videos tailored for Instagram and other social media platforms.
-Create viral, attention-grabbing content that captivates viewers and sustains their interest throughout.
-Be detail-oriented and ready to make multiple revisions to meet creative and quality standards.
-Maintain the highest quality output (4K resolution, 60 fps) for all video content.
-Adapt and evolve editing styles based on performance analytics and audience feedback.
-Stay updated on the latest editing trends, viral content styles, and tools to keep videos fresh and engaging.
-Collaborate with me to ensure brand consistency and deliver visually compelling, on-brand videos.
-Handle all aspects of post-production, including color grading, sound design, and transitions, for polished results.
-Occasionally work on long-form content for platforms like YouTube or IGTV, if applicable.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience editing cooking videos or similar content.
-Proficient in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
-Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and video retention strategies.
-Ability to craft and sustain attention-grabbing content that drives engagement.
-Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
-Comfortable and flexible when making revisions based on feedback.
-Knowledge of social media video formats, trends, and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience in creating viral video content with high engagement rates.
-Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
-Familiarity with Instagram analytics and performance optimization techniques.
-Experience editing for YouTube or other long-form platforms.
