URGENT - Property website to be finalized (50% done) - PHP, JS, Ajax

I need somebody who can finalize this. The code and structure is very good organized and clean. Experience coder should have no problem. Some of the things remain to do: * small HTML / CSS work remain few pages and elements this is very small * simple blog section * ajax search * simple message system * newsletter * complete Admin section to control users, adverts, banners, cms for pages we have, etc. * fix any bugs * some SEO I can send you detailed description, show you files and even give you the access to files.
