Drupal Module Changes

I have a custom module that someone made and I need to edit a page. Its basically an invite modules to invite people to the site. Right now the form has to email, subject, message, and from. I want to make it so only the to email field displays. Need someone who can do it like right now, basically the first bid wins. We are talking about maybe an hour or two of work.
