CNC Design for Industrial Wood Manufacturing

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CNC Designer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a CNC Designer, you will play a vital role in creating and optimizing designs for CNC machining, ensuring precision, efficiency, and exceptional quality in every project.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop precise 2D and 3D designs for CNC machining using a variety of software.
Create detailed technical drawings, renderings, and CNC toolpaths.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure designs meet project specifications.
Optimize designs for machining efficiency, minimizing material waste and production time.
Develop creative, bespoke solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving during the production process.
Maintain and organize digital libraries of designs and project files.
Required Skills and Expertise:
AutoCAD: Proficiency in creating 2D drawings and drafting.
Revit: Experience with architectural modelling and detailing.
3D Max: Ability to create realistic 3D models and renderings.
VCarve Pro: Knowledge of generating CNC toolpaths for intricate designs.
ArtCAM: Expertise in creating 3D and 4D reliefs and artistic CNC projects.
SolidWorks: Advanced skills in parametric modeling and mechanical design.
