Job Title: Lead Generation & Sales Telecaller - 50 Positions (Remote)
Project Description:
We are Talent Flex Solution, an education institute based in Pimpri Chinchwad, offering 150+ courses across various fields to students from all educational backgrounds. Our unique proposition is a 100% placement guarantee, and we charge only a registration fee of ₹3000 to join our programs.
We are looking to hire 50 highly motivated employees who can work remotely and handle the critical tasks of lead generation and sales conversion. You will be responsible for generating your own leads and contacting prospective students, informing them about our courses and converting them into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Use online channels, social media, and networking to generate leads.
2. Telecalling: Reach out to potential students, explain our course offerings, and guide them through the admission process.
3. Target: Each employee is expected to secure 1 admission per day, contributing to the overall target of 50 admissions per day.
4. Sales Conversion: Effectively pitch our courses, discuss the benefits of our 100% placement guarantee, and close sales by helping students understand how they can benefit from our courses.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to independently generate leads and close sales.
Basic understanding of social media and online marketing strategies.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
