Graphics - I know the images of the design desired on the shirt. Pics need them to be hand drawn and original so not to infringe on any copy rights.
Marketing - I would need a means to get the shirt known and handle ordering, receive payment, shipping, return orders etc.
I just have the concept and idea that I think is marketable. Time is of the essence. I have input on helping to market the product.
