We are a small family-run start-up seeking a versatile digital marketing and graphic design expert with strong content creation skills. Your responsibilities will span across various platforms and content types, including digital and physical flyers, social media graphics, creating labels, reels and photo and video editing. Ideal for someone who is also comfortable with managing/updating and adding to a Wordpress website (already built) on Oxygen. There will also be some admin work, email marketing and CRM, and the role can grow as we grow as a business. We are a newcomer with a brand new product in the high-end wine industry so it is a lot about brand awareness and education. Key responsibilities: - Managing social media platforms - Designing eye-catching social media graphics and flyers - Designing on-point EDMs and digital flyers - Sending out EDMs every week / twice-weekly to wholesale and retail customers - Creating a strong CRM system and automations - Producing/editing captivating videos to explain our products and story - Implementing effective email marketing campaigns and testing - Creating visually appealing infographics - Performing A/B testing on various digital campaigns - Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies - Running pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns - Managing and updating the website (Wordpress/Oxygen) - Developing SEO strategies to enhance visibility - Assistance with admin such as CRM management, processing orders - Bookkeeping skills a bonus, (Xero) but not essential. Required skills: - Excellent English (Australian spelling) or excellent grasp of AI tools - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva - Extensive experience in digital marketing and content creation - Skills in SEO, social media management, and email marketing - Experience with Wordpress and Adwords - Excellent understanding of content creation across different mediums Your ability to create a variety of engaging content and implement effective digital marketing strategies will be crucial. We currently use Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns. The primary goal of our digital marketing efforts is to increase sales and brand awareness. Content updates should be made every two to three days. The project is expected to be a long-term engagement of 6 months or more. We are a start-up, so we are looking for someone to help grow the business and grow with the business, starting from 10-20 hours per week initially with very flexible working hours (depending on number of above skills), which can quickly grow into a full time role (if desired).
